- Albemarle Sound Co-operative is a member-owned, farmer cooperative corporation.
- A cooperative member is entitled to one vote in the affairs of the cooperative, regardless of the number of shares owned. No voting by proxy is permitted.

- We purchase hemp seeds and other supplies in bulk to get a better deal.
